Four teams participate in Pink House

Four teams from Dzimauli and surrounding areas will participate in the Pink House one-day Soccer Tournament tomorrow (Saturday).

The teams are Rambuda Young Fighters, Ficus FC, Mutuwa Brazilians and Folovhodwe Stone Breakers. It will be staged at the Dzimauli Tshakhumba grounds.

The opening match will be between Mutuwa Brazilians and Rambuda Young Fighters. It will start at 09:00. While the Brazilians have been idling since the activities for last season came to an end three months ago, Young Fighters took part in three tournaments, the Khubvi Soccer Tournament, Tshikosi Off-season Tournament and Mulodi Soccer Tournament over the past two months.

The second match will see Ficus FC and Folovhodwe Stone Breakers. Breakers are still in shock after losing 0-2 to Mukula Young Santos in the final of the Tshikosi Off-season Tournament at the Makonde Home Defenders grounds two weeks ago.

The winners of the first two matches will meet in the final later in the afternoon. The champions will receive R1 200 and the runners-up R1 000.

According to the organizers, teams will be allowed to field a maximum of six players without registration cards, while four of them must be below the age of 23.
