Home matches for Madtridtas and Tshakuma Madzivhandila

After collecting the maximum points against Bellevue Winners Park, whom they beat 1-0 at the Tshifudi Stadium last Saturday, the ABC Motsepe rookies, Madridtas FC, are geared to collect more points when they host The Dolphins FC at the same venue next Wednesday (5 October).

The fact that The Dolphins are also in a celebratory mood after beating Giyani Hotspurs 3-2 last Saturday, is reason enough for the local soccer fanatics to expect a thriller.

The Dolphins missed promotion by a whisker last season and they are currently one of the hot contenders for the league championship.

The other Vhembe District-based side, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, will also play in front of their home crowd this weekend. They will entertain Lephalale Young Killers at the Levubu Laerskool fields. Young Killers must keep a close eye on TTM’s goal poachers, Rolivhuwa “Jali” Mukwevho and Emmanuel Neswiswi, or else they will regret it.

Bellevue Winners Park must win their match against Mighty FC at the Nkowankowa Stadium in Tzaneen order to remain in the contest for the league title and to restore their pride. This after they were unexpectedly beaten 0-1 by Madridtas at the Tshifudi Stadium last Saturday. Should they lose the match, Winners Park will have nobody to blame except themselves, as Mighty FC are still battling to find their footing.

Great North FC will travel to Mokopane where they will lock horns with Mokopane Ratanang. The newly promoted Molemole Academy will enjoy home-ground advantage when they host Joe Maweja at Polokwane’s Nirvana Stadium. The unpredictable Gawula Classic will undertake a long journey to Polokwane where they will play against Polokwane United at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Giyani Hotspurs will host Boyne Young Tigers at the Lulekani Stadium in Phalaborwa. Hotspurs lost 2-3 to the Dolphins FC at the Ben Seraka Stadium in Polokwane. A1 Terrors and Polokwane Academy will meet at the Ephraim Mogale Stadium in Modimolle.
