Evergreen gospel singer Naphy M Manenzhe has just released his ninth studio recorded album, to the delight of thousands of his fans.
Naphy M's latest offering, Nga Lutendo, comprises 13 songs, such Ndi do dzula ndi tshi rabela, Ri a u livhuwa, Ri tshi funana (remix), muthethele, Ithemba'lam, Zwo luga, Yesu wanga, and Pfarelo ya zwivhi zwanga.
“I had responded to the call from my fans, who said that they were waiting for my new album,” he said. “I am also happy that I have got thousands of fans who love my music and also respect me for my music. Whenever, I get into the studio to record my new songs, I make sure that I have something important to record.”
This singer has also popularised his music through his amazing dance moves where he wears a huge, voluminous garment that flashes to all sides and sweeps through the air like a huge parachute as he dances. Naphy M and his dancers are known as MaGusheshe because of this kind of attire and dance moves, which also interest a lot of people.
A resident of Tshitavha Vhulaudzi village in the Nzhelele area, Naphy M had earned himself respect and admiration in the music industry with his previous albums such as Ri tshi funana, Murena a nga si tende, Ro tendelana, Ri khathutshele, Thoma nga nne, and Lutendo lwanga
He lashed out at the people who still sold pirated music CDs in the market places and taxi ranks. “Where do they get such courage to sell our pirated music in the public spaces and still expect us to pass by and be happy about it?” he said. “I urge community members to move away from buying pirated CDs. Buying original music is a clear indication that people are supporting us. Piracy is crippling the music industry, and I condemn it in the strongest possible terms.”

Tshifhiwa Given Mukwevho was born in 1984 in Madombidzha village, not far from Louis Trichardt in the Limpopo Province. After submitting articles for roughly a year for Limpopo Mirror's youth supplement, Makoya, he started writing for the main newspaper. Khathutshelo Dzaga from Thohoyandou Block G, known as Khathu within music circles, has captivated her fans with her latest song, “Muvhonetsheli”.
