That time of the year, when all roads lead to the Bushvalley Gardens for the annual Bushvalley Birthday Celebration Festival on 26 December, is here again.

Staged for the third time, the festival promises sterling performances by top artists who currently headline most shows in the music industry.

According to the festival’s organiser, Muphandi wa Vhorwine, they aim to bring fun lovers together for a highly entertaining evening of celebration with a wide range of musicians, comedians, and MCs to keep the crowds in happy spirits. “We are now in our third year of hosting the festival, and we are bringing music lovers only the cream of the music industry, from different genres,” he said.

“The year 2020 has been a tough one for most – if not all – of us. So, we need to forget about the pain and frustrations that were brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic and have a moment to celebrate life.”

Muphandi, who is no stranger to hosting massive annual events that are always attended in large numbers, said that the festival promised only the best in entertainment. “We are promising our music lovers that they will enjoy summer in the best way,” he said. “The vibrant atmosphere in the green gardens of the valley provide a festive moment to attendees.”

The line-up includes Colbert Mukwevho, Makhadzi, Bellafonte, Fizzy, Vhuyie da Dj, Miss Dimples, Dj Dollar, Dj Majozi and Josie Keen, to mention but a few.

Tickets are available at Computicket and at the gate at R100 (general), R500 (VIP) and R70 for a cooler bag. Ticket prices will increase to R120 when purchased at the gate on the day of the festival.

People interested in the event can call Muphandi on Tel 065 979 2785, Parks on Tel 072 516 6191 or Tendi on Tel 079 395 9259.
