Another home match for embattled TRON

After donating league points to Venda Football Academy (VFA), to whom they lost 0-2 in their ABC Motsepe League match at the Tshisahulu Mmbengeni Kone grounds last Saturday, Tshakhuma RO Nandilani (TRON) will once again play in front of their home crowd this weekend. They will entertain The Dolphins FC at the same venue tomorrow afternoon.

Although they will be enjoying the home-ground advantage, collecting the maximum points will be like the proverbial camel going through the eye of a needle for TRON. The Dolphins are currently leading the pack with 18 points accumulated from nine matches. They lost only one of the nine matches they have played to date. The Dolphins are still fresh from a 1-0 victory over Eleven Fast Tigers.

On the other hand, TRON are lying in the third position from the bottom of the log. They have seven points in their league account after winning two of the nine matches they have played to date. The likes of Lavhelesani Mukomafhedzi, Dakalo Nemakonde and Khuliso Phosiwa are expected to make life difficult for The Dolphins.

Venda Football Academy will host Polokwane United at the Tshifudi Stadium. A win for VFA is likely to take them to the top of the log when considering the fact that the ABC Motsepe rookies are only three points behind the pace setters, The Dolphins FC.  The other Vhembe-based side, Mikhado FC, will travel to Giyani where they will lock horns with Giyani Happy Boys at the Giyani Stadium.

Makotopong Brazilians will have a date with Baraccah Valley FC at the Nchabiseko Stadium outside Polokwane. The Polokwane derby between Magezi FC and Mighty FC will be staged at the Manamela grounds in Polokwane. The other fixtures are: Ngwabe City Motors vs Ollesdal FC, Eleven Fast Tigers vs Polokwane City Academy and Ditlou FC vs Ndengeza FC.
