Enos is the founder of VKRA, an organisation dedicated to representing and supporting abused men, giving voice to their struggles and advocating for justice. He also leads Vuwa Student, an initiative focused on raising awareness about the dangers of drugs, alcohol abuse, and school bullying, empowering young people to make informed choices and fostering safer communities.
