Benny's Care continued to drop points when they lost 0-2 to Madombidzha Arsenal in an MMK Insurance Brokers match at Tshiozwi on Sunday.

The students from the local soccer academy were lucky not to concede half a dozen of goals during the first half, as they were out of touch. Arsenal missed two clear chances in the first few minutes. Ritshidze Matodzi shot wide from close range after receiving a neat pass from Dakalo Nwanamidwa in the fourth minute. Three minutes later, Boti Motalana released aimlessly from outside the box, much to the disappointment of the team's supporters.

Arsenal finally broke the deadlock in the 24th minute. It was their right flank, Eric Sefularo, who made things happen. His long-range ground cutter left Benny's keeper, Hlulani Nohunyula, flat-footed.

Both sides effected two changes in the last half. The replacements worked against the visitors, as they played the last stanza with their backs against the wall. The match stopped for almost five minutes when an official of Arsenal went onto the pitch, accusing the referee of favouritism.

The host team lost cohesion and Arsenal capitalised on this by scoring their second goal three minutes before the final whistle, when Ritshidze Matodzi found the back of the net.
