With only 10 matches remaining before the activities for the current National First Division League soccer season come to an end, Black Leopards must win almost all their remaining fixtures in order to secure a place in the promotional play-offs at the end of the season.
Their first assignment is an away fixture against Royal Eagles at the Princess Magogo Stadium in Durban tomorrow.
Both Leopards and Eagles are still licking their wounds after donating points last weekend. Royal Eagles lost 0-2 to Milano United in Cape Town, while Leopards failed to stop Witbank Spurs and lost 0-1 at the Thohoyandou Stadium.
Good news for Lidoda Duvha is that their right back, Marks Munyai, will be part of the team that will travel to Kwazulu Natal. Munyai was out of action for three months, after he sustained an ankle injury. Munyai's presence will give the team's defence, which is marshaled by Dunga Munganga and Lebohang Mabotja, more experience. Royal Eagles boast a number of vastly experienced players in the likes of former Bafana Bafana regulars Katlego Mphela and Mbulelo Mabizela.
Leopards will not come back home after tomorrow's match; instead, they will wait for next Wednesday when they will play their Nedbank last-32 match against Maritzburg United at the Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg.
Witbank Spurs will host FC Cape Town in Emalahleni, while Cape Town All Stars will fly to Richards Bay for their battle against Thanda Royal Zulu. All Stars lost 0-4 to Baroka FC last weekend.
Mthatha Bucks will travel to Phuthaditshaba to lock horns with African Warriors, and log-leaders Baroka are faced with a mammoth task to stop Highlandspark, whom they will meet at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.
In the two matches to be played on Sunday, Moroka Swallows will host Milano United at the Dobsonville Stadium, while Vasco da Gama will meet Amazulu at the Parow Park Stadium. Da Gama are expected to make a comeback after losing 0-2 to Highlandspark last weekend. Santos will host Mbombela United at the Athlone Stadium in Cape Town this evening.
