Can Young Killers overpower Maweja?

It remains to be seen whether Lephalale Young Killers will rub salt in Joe Maweja's wounds when they meet in the ABC Motsepe League match at the Tshifulanani Stadium tomorrow afternoon.

It remains to be seen whether Lephalale Young Killers will rub salt in Joe Maweja's wounds when they meet in the ABC Motsepe League match at the Tshifulanani Stadium tomorrow afternoon.

Joe Maweja lost 1-3 against Boyne United in Boyne last Saturday.

A victory for Maweja will keep their hopes for the league title alive. Maweja will be without their bulldozer defender, Khongotela Mahlaule, when they meet Young Killers tomorrow. Mahlaule was given his marching orders for a continued argument with the referee at Boyne last Saturday. Mashudu Makhari is likely to take his place. The combination of Makhari and his captain, Dakalo Ratshitanga, has the potential to give the opponents' forwards a tough time.

The match of the week will probably be between Magezi and The Dolphins in Polokwane. Magezi are currently leading the pack, while The Dolphins are close in the second position. The winner in this match is likely to take the league title at the end of the season.

Great North FC will host Polokwane Academy at the Seshego Stadium. Great North's performance has been deteriorating lately and they recently lost three matches in succession.

Giyani Hotspurs will host Boyne Young Tigers at the Giyani Stadium and Polokwane United will pay a visit to Mighty FC at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium. Bilika All Stars will entertain Nkowankowa Barcelona at the Giyani Stadium on Sunday.

Bellevue Winners Park will play against Gawula Classic at the Giyani Stadium, while Mosesetjane All Stars will host A1 Terrors at the Mahwelereng Stadium in Mokopane.
