RnB lovers should brace themselves for the third album of Prince Mikhumuki, better known as CSG Galaha, titled Muhuweleli, which was recently released. The album contains eight upbeat tracks that will leave fans craving more.

Mikhumuki was born and bred at Mukula village. His debut album, Ndoshuma, was released in 2010. "Releasing the first album is always very stressful because you don't know how people will react to your music. Before the final release of the album, I spent days praying for the Lord to lead me on this new musical journey as I was not sure how it would go. In the end, Ndoshuma was received by music lovers with much acclaim. That is how I gained the courage to return to the studio for my second, and now third album," he said.

His second album, Matshilo ashu, was released in 2021, and did just as well as the first. "I have learnt that if you pray hard, God will bless you with everything you need."

The artist has been silent since the second album was released while trying to assess the RnB scene, as well as other genres related to RnB, to see how best he could take it to another level. "But I seem to have cracked the code," he said slyly.

His musical journey, which started a long time ago with the promotion of his brand name, will now continue as he will be touring the district, the province and Gauteng, starting on 21 June. "We want to test the new songs to see if they are what the people out there want. You don't just assume that everyone likes your music and churn out an album. What if it turns out to be a total flop? I see music as a business. I didn't enter this industry for art's sake – I need for my artistic efforts to be rewarded with financial gain," he said.
