The beautiful Dancy Mulaudzi from Luvhalani in Nzhelele has secured a spot as one of the top 12 finalists for this year's Miss Makhado Royal pageant.

Dancy, who has been involved in modelling for more than 10 years, said that winning this prestigious competition would hold significant meaning for her. "I do all kinds of modelling, from pageants to fashion. I started my modelling career at the age of 11, when I was in Grade 6 and won the Miss Little Luvhalani 2012 pageant. It was my first pageant and I came back as a queen," she said.

Now 22 years old, Dancy aims to be an inspiration to other young girls in her community. She desires to teach them self-acceptance, embracing their uniqueness, and challenging the misconception that modelling is only for those perceived as conventionally beautiful. She believes that everyone can join in and celebrate their beauty and intelligence.

For Dancy, being a model is an exciting journey filled with continuous learning and new experiences. She particularly values the lessons of sisterly love, body positivity, self-love, and giving back to the community without any expectations.

Beyond her modelling pursuits, Dancy is well known for her skills as a dancer and choreographer, and she teaches young children how to dance. She is also a chef and a boutique owner.

The crowning ceremony of the Miss Makhado Royal pageant is scheduled for 16 December, although the venue for the competition is yet to be announced.
