Madombidzha Try Again and Tshikota Chelsea played to 1-all draw in their The Fresh One league match played at Madombidzha on Saturday.
Chelsea took the game to Try Again from the first whistle, with their midfielders demonstrating a spirit of commitment. They could have sealed the game within the first 10th minutes, but their strikers were not accurate in converting their obvious chances into goals.
Tshililo Moshapo, Chelsea's left flank, had his chance in the 15th minute after receiving a brilliant pass from Alex Kana. He shot aimlessly from close range and the ball went wide.
The referee flashed the first yellow card in the 30th minute to Mulalo Davhana of Try Again for obstructing Phumudzo Khavhagali. Micheal Sebola of Chelsea scored after he received a pre-cooked pass from Makhado Matumba in the 40th.
Try Again should have equalized in the 42nd minute when Rudzani Rambau went loose from the right corner and dished a square pass to Tshitangoni Mulaudzi. He fumbled until he lost possession.
Try Again came back strongly in the dying minutes of the first half and finally scored the equalizer in the 45th minute. Mukondeleli Naledzani headed home, following a square pass from Percy Mushukwa.
Early in the second half, Try Again introduced Rendani Maluma and Tendamudzimu Ramovha respectively. Chelsea's initial spirit of commitment faded and their backline started to leak. Try Again had a taste of bad luck in the 86th minute when Pfunzani Tshianeo shot into the hands of the keeper, Evans Bvumbi.
