Dynamos in goalless draw

Dynamos failed to end their winning drought last weekend when they shared the spoils with FC AK. The two teams played to a goalless draw at the Giyani Stadium on Sunday.

Dynamos failed to end their winning drought last weekend when they shared the spoils with FC AK. The two teams played to a goalless draw at the Giyani Stadium on Sunday.

Sunday's result leaves the pride of Giyani with only three points accumulated from nine matches. They are languishing at the bottom of the 16-team log.

Things are not going according to plan in the camp of Jomo Cosmos. They lost another league match last weekend when they were beaten 1-3 by African Warriors at the Johannesburg Stadium.

The supporters of Milano United left the Grassy Park Stadium with sore hearts. This after their team caused an upset by losing 1-2 to Blackburn Rovers.

Thanda Royal Zulu continued to collect points, when they beat FC Cape Town 2-1 at the Richards Bay Stadium.

In the Mpumalanga derby at the Themba Senamela Stadium in Witbank, Mpumalanga Black Aces emerged victorious at the expense of the home boys, Sivutsa Stars, beating them 1-0. It was a feast of goals when Witbank Spurs crushed Roses United 5-2 at the Ackerville Stadium in Witbank. In the final match of the weekend, Vasco da Gama drew 0-0 with Santos at the Philipi Stadium in Cape Town.
