GIYANI – Dynamos have proved it beyond doubt that they really mean business when they say they want to gain promotion to the elite league, when they beat Bloemfontein Young Tigers 2-0 in their Premier First Division League match at the Seiso Ramabodu Stadium in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

Back home, Highlandspark Silver Stars were by far too strong for Sporting Football Club when they crushed them 3-1 at the Thohoyandou Stadium. Pietersburg Pillars managed to collect full points in their match against Ledwaba Power Stars despite the fact that it was an away fixture for them. Pillars won the match 3-2 at the Pilditch Stadium in Pretoria.

Katlehong City were humbled 0-4 by Spartak at the Rand Stadium. Witbank Black Aces gave Dobsonville All Nations a run for their money when they beat them 1-0 at the Jan Van Riebeeck Stadium in Witbank.

The match between Alexandra United and Thembisa City Sharks ended with a 1-1 draw. United should have won the match as the equalizing goal for Sharks came a few seconds before the end of the game. Mamelodi Juventus lost 0-2 to Mabopane Young Masters. It was played at the HM Pitje Stadium in Pretoria.

Bloemfontein Celtic beat Welkom Stars 1-0 in Welkom. The results of the Coastal Stream matches are Park United 2, African Wanderers 0; Rainbow Stars 1, Premier United 1; Willian Pescod 1, Mother City 0; Saxon Rovers 1, Basotho Tigers 1; Newtons 2, PE Technikon 4; Maritzburg City 3, FC Fortune 0 and Avendale Athletico 5, Royal Tigers 0.
