South African entertainer Eleh, best known as a television presenter and actor, is now stepping fully into the music spotlight with her debut album, My House, set for release on 24 October. The project marks a new chapter in her creative journey, reflecting both her growth and personal experiences.

"I am as ready as can be," she says. "I am riding a wave of mixed emotions — nervous about whether it will land with listeners but excited to share this milestone moment."

My House is a deeply personal take on house music, stretching across three-step rhythms, Afro tech, and Afro house. Eleh describes it as "a celebration of life and a broad, inclusive expression of the genre." The album explores themes of life, love, faith, and resilience, offering encouragement to stay hopeful and lean on love and prayer in difficult times.

While she has released singles and collaborations before, this is her first cohesive project. "Earlier releases helped me find my voice," Eleh explains. "I've worked in Deep House with King Mshivo and Who The Warrior, Afro House with Trademark DJz, and explored gospel, pop, Afrobeat, amapiano, and drill. Those experiences shaped where I belong musically."

The album emerged naturally from spontaneous studio sessions. "We were making music for the love of it," she recalls. Collaborators include Crosswavee, Dreamchaser XO, RudeKid Venda, Gusba Banana, Tanzanian vocalist Msamiati, KLY, and the legendary Trademark DJz. "The essence of My House is collaboration — a celebration of gratitude and teamwork."

A graduate of AFDA, a film and drama university in Johannesburg, Eleh says her entertainment career taught her discipline, branding, and audience connection — lessons that now shape her music. Her sound blends gospel moments, R&B, and soul textures with house foundations, performed in Venda, Tsonga, Zulu, and English. "I am not here to compete; I am here to contribute my own voice. It is mature, soulful, and youthful at heart."

Looking ahead, Eleh is preparing visuals, performances, and listening sessions across Thohoyandou, Polokwane, and Gauteng. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart," she adds. "Your support means everything. My House is on the way, and I cannot wait to share it with you."
