Things are quickly going from bad to worse in the camp of Basel FC. Not only did they continue to donate league points to their opponents last weekend, but they suffered a humiliating defeat. Their game against Magezi FC at the Seshego Stadium on Saturday ended in a 6-1 victory for Magezi.

Basel, whose ownership changed from Mr Shandukani Nesengani to the Thidiela family, are still to win a league match to date.

Joe's Express FC have good reason to panic. They lost their third league match in a row last weekend. This time around, they lost 0-3 to The Dolphins FC at the Eldorado Stadium in Polokwane. Express, who were leading the pack earlier this season, are now perched somewhere down on the league log, following a string of poor results.

Dynamos are gaining momentum with time. They shocked many a soccer fanatic by holding Mosesetjane All Stars to a 1-1 draw at the Mahwelereng Stadium in Mokopane.

After losing their previous four matches in succession, Rospa United made amends and registered a 3-1 victory over Modimolle Aces at the Tshifulanani Stadium. Mighty FC collected full points last weekend. They beat Lephalale Young Killers 4-1.

Giyani Hotspurs proved beyond a doubt that the sky is their limit when they unexpectedly beat the logleaders, Bellevue Winners Park, 1-0 at the Giyani Stadium. Phungo All Stars lost 0-1 to Great North FC at the Noordelikes Rugby Club in Polokwane.
