An emerging amapiano artist from Maila village, King Pee, has released a new EP, Reflections, in collaboration with several other artists, including The Landlords, De Pandemic, Nay V Blue, Mulilo Tromboner, Audiovoodoo27, Ceendy, and KillaBeatz99.

King Pee, whose real name is Phumudzo Munyai, said in an interview that his latest album was well received and was already making an impact. "When I released the song Reflections, it never crossed my mind that it would have such an impact on my fans, but the response was overwhelming, and this inspired me to release the EP," he said.

He spoke about his early days as an artist, mentioning that he grew up in a family where musical instruments were common. At a very young age, he fell in love with music. However, he noted that the journey was not always easy. "I used to perform without getting paid. I had to cover all my own expenses, but I never lost hope and kept pushing until now," he said.

"When I was looking for a studio to record my song, I was let down by many people from my area until I met The Landlords' producer, who offered me the opportunity. I am very grateful to him," he said.

King Pee sees music as a way to express one's deepest emotions. "This is the only form of communication that cannot be ignored," he said.

He also spoke about his experience collaborating with other artists on the new EP. "They were a marvel to work with and added that special spark, making the EP a must-have," he said.

King Pee said his project was specifically meant to cheer up his fans and give them more good music to enjoy and dance to. "People who hear this music can't sit still," he said.
