Black Leopards' supporters have reason to be happy. Two of their team's regular players, Leonard Ntshangase and Meshack Maphangule, have fully recovered from injuries.

Ntshangase was out of action from February this year after suffering a knee injury in their league game against Mbombela United. Maphangule's injury dates back to March when he left the pitch on a stretcher in their game against Moroka Swallows at the Thohoyandou Stadium. According to the club's chairman, Mr David Thidiela, Ntshangase and Maphangule have fully recovered. "Ntshangase and Maphangule accompanied the team to Swaziland, where they are busy with their off-season preparations," said Thidiela.

When asked about Marks Munyai's injury, Thidiela said that Munyai would still be out of action for another month. According to him, Munyai was operated on three times since he suffered an injury to his right leg eight months ago. He stated that the injuries had contributed to a large extent towards the team's failure to gain promotion to the Absa Premiership Division last season.

When asked about their new recruits and the players which they had released, Thidiela indicated that they would make a big announcement soon.
