"There is a need to come together around a table and discuss issues related to community development," said Thovhele Jeffrey Ramovha during a courtesy visit by the mayor of Lim 345, Cllr Joyce Bila, last Friday.
He added that he was surprised that he was not asked by the municipality for his ideas, because they must work together for the benefit of the community. Ramovha indicated that there was a need for the tarring of the road between Hollywood garage to Gumbani village, as well as the road from Dididi to Dovheni.
According to him, he has a developmental team that should meet with a team from the municipality to focus on developmental issues.
Cllr Bila said that the courtesy visit was meant to build a good working relationship between Ramovha and the municipality. "We are humbled to be accepted by Thovhele Ramovha. We request that the Mulenzhe community should participate in all municipal programmes, including the integrated development plan and other economic activities" said Cllr Bila.
She acknowledged that the municipality will identify a team that can meet with the team from Mulendzheso, so that they can discuss and plan the development of the area.
