Tshifhiwa Sigaima, better known as "Lirroy" since his days on Nzhelele FM's afternoon drive show, Buluvhutsi dzheke, is a talented and experienced South African voice-over artist, radio host, and master of ceremonies (MC).
The 26-year-old was born and raised in Nzhelele Ha-Rabali, where he developed a passion for the entertainment industry at an early age. In 2017, he joined Nzhelele FM's afternoon drive team, working alongside Portia Rambuda and Dakalo Muvhali. His deep voice made him a popular choice for radio jingles, and fans started to book him as MC for parties and other events.
Lirroy left the radio industry late last year to focus more on his career as voice-over artist and MC. "It was not an easy decision to make because I love radio, but now I have more time to focus on my other talents. Who knows, maybe one day I will return to radio," he said.
Lirroy said one of the highlights of his career so far was when he was MC at Makhadzi's Pre-One Woman show at Ha-Rabali Stadium on 8 April this year. "I want to see myself working more on big events and gigs like that. I believe I will get there. I am working very hard on both my career as MC and the voice-overs. Some of the adverts I recorded are now playing on national radio and for me, that is an achievement," he said.
Lirroy is also a musician who has recorded several hit singles.
