Makhitha Iyarunga give Tshiozwi Dynamos a Sunday to remember when they beat them 4-1 in an MMK Administrators League match at Tshiozwi on Sunday.
Dynamos managed to contain their opponents for the better part of the first half, but their original fighting spirit faded with time. Musandiwa Mahlari of Iyarunga was the first player to go into the referee's book. He tackled Nyathi Muvhango from behind and the referee was lenient enough to let him go with yellow.
Iyarunga stamped their authority on the game in the 24th minute. Zwashu Maluka gave the ball the final touch, following a scramble within the box.
Iyarunga's Nditsheni Sikhwari did not live up to the fans' expectations and the team's technical staff replaced him with Gift Ramashia early in the last half. Dynamos equalised in the 58th minute via Mashudu Nengovhela. The keeper of Iyarunga watched helplessly as the ball hit the back of the net.
Moses Mabeba of Iyarunga scored his team's second goal in the 67th minute. The third and fourth goals were scored in quick session by Mulalo Munzhedzi and Moses Mabeba.
