Renowned gospel musician Rembuluwani Mathogo overcame a challenging upbringing to become both a successful attorney and a respected gospel artist. Growing up in a modest household in Habudeli, outside Thohoyandou, Mathogo persevered to complete his law studies and now owns his firm, Mathogo Attorneys.

The 33-year-old is the younger brother of Tshivenda traditional music maestro Christopher Mathogo. A devoted member of Tshisaulu Assemblies of God Church, he has released a single, two gospel albums, and most recently an EP titled Yehova ndi Mulisa Wanga. The EP reflects his journey from a disadvantaged background and serves as a tribute to God's guidance throughout his life. "I composed this EP to thank God for his mercy and for being our good shepherd," he said.

Mathogo's musical journey began with his brother's boys' group, the Golden Singers, before joining the local UAAC choir. While in Grade 12, he switched to his mother's New Covenant Church of Christ (Apostolic) after they had acquired musical instruments. There, he played keyboards and joined the worship team, impressing his peers, who encouraged him to record his music.

His breakthrough came in 2020 with the single Muvhofhololi ndi Yeso, followed by an album of the same name. In 2022, he released another album, Ahuna Munwe Mudzimu. His music is available on all digital platforms, continuing to inspire fans with his blend of faith and talent.
