It will be another busy weekend for the teams affiliated to the Limpopo Stream of the ABC Motsepe League. Two of the three Vhembe District-based sides, Madridtas and Joe Maweja, will play in front of their home crowds, while Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila will be away from home. Joe Maweja will entertain Mokopane Ratanang at the Tshifulanani Stadium tomorrow.
It remains to be seen whether Maweja will continue from where they left off last weekend. They beat Mighty FC 3-1 in their league match at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium last Friday evening. As if that was not enough, Maweja beat Tshakhuma Na Ndilani FC 2-1 in their losers' final match for the Amos Charity Shield Tournament at the Levubu Rugby Stadium the following day.
Madridtas will host Bellevue Winners Park at the Tshifudi Stadium. Madridtas are still to win a league match. They drew both their first two matches. The first was against Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila with whom they drew 1-1 at the Tshifudi Stadium two weeks ago. They also played to a 1-1 draw with Giyani Hotspurs at the Nkowankowa Stadium in Tzaneen last Sunday.
Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila will travel to Polokwane where they will play against Boyne Young Tigers at the Boyne Stadium. Giyani Hotspurs will undertake a journey to Polokwane to honor their fixture against The Dolphins FC at the Ben Serake Stadium. The match between Great North FC and Mighty FC will be played at the Seshego Stadium.
Gawula Classic will host A1 Terrors at the Lulekani Stadium in Phalaborwa. Lephalale Young Killers will host Polokwane United at the TT Cholo Stadium. The rookies, Molemole Academy, will lock horns with Polokwane Academy at the Polokwane Rugby Fields. The players to watch in the weekend's matches are Rolivhuwa Mukwevho (Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila), Maduvha Mudologi (Madridtas), Mutali "Bodelo" Mulaudzi (Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila) and Takalani Ramagalela (Joe Maweja).
