After a break of two weeks, it will be business as usual for the teams affiliated to the Limpopo Stream of the ABC Motsepe League this weekend.
Four matches will be played tomorrow, three on Sunday and one this afternoon (Friday). Mighty FC will host Madridtas FC at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium later today. Madridtas' players are at ease after collecting the maximum points in their Vhembe derby against Joe Maweja two weeks ago. Madridtas are currently lying in the second position on the log with 20 points, four behind the pace setters, Molemole Academy.
Joe Maweja will host Boyne Young Tigers at the Tshifulanani Stadium tomorrow. Maweja have recently acquired the services of a vastly experienced defender, Tshifhiwa "Gama" Ramatsea.
Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) will undertake a journey to Polokwane where they will lock horns with Molemole Academy at the Nirvana Stadium. TTM will be lucky if they manage to come back with a draw, when one takes into account the fact that Molemole Academy are leading the pack.
The Polokwane derby between Great North FC and The Dolphins will be played at the Seshego Stadium, while Lephalale Young Killers will have a date with Polokwane Academy at the Polokwane Rugby Fields. Gawula Classic and Bellevue Winners Park will meet at Giyani on Sunday. Giyani Hotspurs and Mokopane Ratanang will fight for league points at the Mahwelereng Stadium and A1 Terrors will entertain Polokwane United in Modimolle.
The players to watch in the weekend's matches are: Xinavona Chauke, Khongotela Mahlaule and Mashudu Mukhari (Joe Maweja), Rialivhuwa Mukwevho and Lufuno Mugodi (Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila) and Solomon Noko, Lucky Masutha and Lutendo Mulaudzi (Madridtas).
