Mulalo Siphuma, originally from Ha-Lambani Village in the Thulamela area, is a prolific motivational writer who reflects on everyday life and the challenges that come with it. His books, each one focussed on a specific topic, offer a positive perspective and gentle guidance.
His latest publication, titled Young But Not Weak - Born with Purpose, addresses the youth and encourages them to reach deep within themselves, find their true potential and use it in this life.
"This book is specifically and strategically written for young people to rise up and begin to pursue their dreams," he said. "Here I tackle necessary topics that serve as manure, since young people all have seeds of greatness within them."
The 26-year-old author is a graduate of the Limpopo College of Nursing and founder and leader of the Aspire to Inspire Youth Foundation - an entity that aids young people in significant areas of development, including spiritual, social, academic, and financial development. He is also founder of Vhaphuma Trading Enterprise, which promotes poultry farming.
Siphuma formerly worked as clinical coordinator at MIET Africa, a South African not-for-profit organisation with the focus on education development. He is currently a NIMART Professional Nurse at Shout It Now in Germiston.
In the space of only three years, this young man managed to write and publish a total of seven books: Epic Revelation of the Holy Spirit, Deliver Your Baby, Success is Not an Accident, Relationship with God, He sent His Word, The Spirit of God, and now adding Young But Not Weak - Born with Purpose to the list. "I will continue to write as long as it means that I'm making an impact on the lives of other people," he said.
Siphuma is happily married to his beautiful wife, Takalani Mukhwathi Siphuma, and firmly believes that family is the foundation of a good character in society.
