Mixo Mulaudzi, an MC, speaker, and author from Nweli Village in Thohoyandou, is dedicated to empowering young leaders by helping them to recognise their worth, build meaningful relationships, and lead with purpose. Passionate about personal growth and leadership, she encourages individuals to live intentionally and cultivate a sense of self-value.
Mulaudzi's philosophy is reflected in her two published books, which serve as roadmaps for those seeking purpose and direction. 30 Days of Bliss and I Am an Asset were both recognised as winners at the African Honoree Authors Awards late last year.
Her first book, 30 Days of Bliss: A Thrilling Journey of Newlyweds, helps newly married couples navigate the early stages of marriage.
"The response has been incredibly encouraging. Many newlyweds have shared how 30 Days of Bliss strengthened their communication and deepened their emotional connection. One couple even made it part of their nightly routine, growing closer through the reflective exercises," she said.
Mulaudzi's second book, I Am an Asset: 100 Key Principles to Personal and Professional Development, offers practical strategies for growth, leadership, and self-improvement. By blending spiritual wisdom with actionable guidance, she empowers young leaders to thrive.
"I encourage a 'growth over perfection' mindset, teaching people to see mistakes as learning opportunities. Through mentorship, I emphasise emotional intelligence, clear communication, and self-awareness—all crucial for leadership. I believe faith and practicality go hand in hand. While I draw on biblical principles, I translate them into practical strategies that anyone can apply," she said.
