Police launch search for missing Tshitale man

Police in Tshitale are seeking public assistance to locate 28-year-old Lebepa Gabriel Junior Ramarumo, who disappeared on 9 May after telling his family he was travelling to Soekmekaar.

Police in Tshitale have appealed to members of the public to assist in locating a 28-year-old man who went missing earlier this month.

According to police, Lebepa Gabriel Junior Ramarumo from Muila Gumani village was last seen on Saturday, 9 May, after informing his family that he was travelling to Soekmekaar. He never returned home and has not been seen since.

Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Marobo Seabela said attempts by the family and police to trace him have so far been unsuccessful.

Gabriel is described as tall, light in complexion, with long black hair and a beard. He was reportedly last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans, blue sneakers and a black hat.

Police have urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the investigating officer, Sergeant Mishark Dihangoane, on 071 229 7305. Information can also be shared via the Crime Stop number 08600 10111, at the nearest police station, or through the MySAPSApp.
