Police in Thohoyandou are investigating yet another missing person case following the disappearance of a man from Mbilwi Makanga village.
According to the police, the 53-year-old Mr Thomas Ndavheleseni Murei was last seen on 27 November. "According to the victim's wife, she left her husband asleep at their home in the early hours of the day and later when she returned, her husband was nowhere to be found," said the police.
Efforts by the police, family and friends to locate Murei were fruitless.
"Anyone with information about the whereabouts of this man is requested to contact Detective Warrant Officer Radzilani at 082 222 9023 or at 015 960 1000, the police emergency number 0860010111, the Crime SMS line 32211 or their nearest police station," said the police.
