Charles Raliphaswa has released his debut gospel single, Ngoho Yanga, which has already garnered significant support from music lovers. He believes this will catapult his career into the world of renowned gospel artists.
Raliphaswa, who hails from Tshivhilidulu in the Tshivhase area, began his music career in 2020 when he became part of the worship team at the ZCC. He says that the response he has received since his single's release is an indication that he is on the right track.
The gospel singer believes that people can have everything they have ever wished for in life, but they can never enjoy life to the fullest without God. "We are all created in the image of God, and we should praise Him for his goodness every day. I do that through my music. I prayed and asked God to provide me with the perfect time to release my single, and my prayers have finally been answered. I serve a living God who never disappoints. The most important thing is to be patient and just trust Him," he said.
Raliphaswa added that his supporters could expect more good music from him. "I'm currently discussing a collaboration in this genre with one of the best local gospel artists. We're just finalising a date for recording," he said.
His advice to fellow musicians and young people is that it is never too late to pursue education. "Don't ever stop developing and equipping yourself with education as it can open other avenues in life," he said.
