When Richardt Rambau was young, he had a vision of inspiring people. Little did he know that he would one day become an author.
Rambau, who hails from Maila village, recently authored a motivational book titled Escape Poverty. Published in December last year, the book motivates people of all genders to appreciate the value of life. It focuses on helping readers understand their purpose. "A person should have a vision and know what life entails for them," he said.
Rambau explained that releasing the book established him as a motivational speaker, a role he had already embraced as a pastor. "At a young age, I realised I had leadership qualities because, in everything I did with my friends, they always wanted me to be the team leader," he said.
"God used me to change lives through my preaching and prayers, and now He will change more lives through my written words," he added.
The book also encourages readers to develop their inner selves before showcasing their talents to the world. It stresses the importance of being prepared before taking significant steps. "It will instil discipline, among many other virtues, in young people," he said. "I am very grateful to God that I was able to discover my gift as an author."
Rambau has gained recognition for his powerful and heart-warming motivational talks and books on personal development, leadership, customer service, and organisational growth. In his daily life, he provides counselling and coaching to individuals and organisations.
He encourages people to make the most of their talents. "We are living in times where life is not guaranteed. No one knows what will happen tomorrow. Whatever dream you may have, make sure you work on achieving it today. Remember, you are not here permanently. If you don't fulfil your purpose now, no one else will do it for you. Stop making excuses and start working on fulfilling your God-given purpose. Live fully and die empty," he said.
