Siblings Mbengeni Freddy Matumba and his sister, Joyce Muraga Malivhusha, will appear in the Tshilwavhusiku Magistrate's Court next Tuesday, 21 November, for a bail application.
The two werearrested on 26 and 27 September respectively , following an alleged confession by Mr Michael Mutshinya that the two had hired him to kill Matumba's estranged wife, Ms Joyce Matumba.
Since Malivhusha and Mbengeni were arrested, they have appeared in the Tshilwavhusiku Magistrate's Court on several occasions. On Monday, 16 October, their cases were postponed to Tuesday while they remain in custody.
