Several teams affiliated with the Makhado Local Football Association received stiff fines when they appeared before the disciplinary committee (DC) on 27 March.
Matsa Northern Brothers were found guilty of attempting to assault a referee during their match against Simon Young Stars. They were fined R3,000, of which R2,000 was for the abandonment of the game and R1,000 was suspended.
Midoroni Real Hearts were fined R3,000 following an incident in which a referee was assaulted during a match against Tshikwarani Tornado. They were fined R2,000 for the abandonment of the game after invading the field of play, while R1,000 was conditionally suspended.
Tshiswenda Cliffside were fined R3,000 for fielding an improperly registered player during their match against Matsa Happy Fighters. Thembisa Las Vegas were fined R3,000, with R1,500 suspended.
Mabidi TK's United were found guilty of failing to provide a safe playing environment. They were fined R3,000, with R1,500 suspended.
Tshituni Savage Kingdom were fined R3,000 for fielding a player not on the team list. Mavhunga RDP Hungry Lions were found guilty of failing to provide a safe and conducive field of play during their match against Matanda Azania FC. They were fined R2,000, with R1,000 suspended. The result stands in favour of Mavhunga.
Divhani United Stars were charged with fielding an improperly registered player and were fined R2,000.
Thembisa Las Vegas and Donkerhoek Black Aces were found guilty of the abandonment of a game. Both teams were fined R3,000, with R2,000 suspended, and were required to pay R1,000 within 30 days. The match will be replayed at a neutral venue to be determined by the association. Thembisa Las Vegas were also found guilty of the abandonment of another game, for which they were fined a further R3,000.
Tshikwani Development were found guilty of the abandonment of a game and were fined R2,500. The score stands at 0–1 in favour of Tshiozwi.
Mashau Citizens were fined R2,500 for fielding improperly registered players.
Mabidi TK's United were again fined R3,000, with R1,500 suspended, and forfeited three points and three goals.
Sundani City Rovers were fined R3,000 for failing to attend the DC hearing.
