Tshikhwani Stone Breakers were too strong for Gogobole Bucs when they hammered them 4-1 in a Limpopo Dairy League match at Gogobole on Sunday.

The home team looked weary from the onset and never made any threatening moves. Their frontrunner, Thomas Mhlongo, was cautioned for an obstruction on Masala Tshinanga. At that stage, the game was seven minutes old.

The home team found the net in the 27th minute. Elelwani Marubini beat the off-side trap and ran a few steps forward before unleashing a powerful shot that saw the opponents' keeper, Khuthadzo Motimela, going the opposite direction.

Another player who went into the referee's book was Sikwibilo Sinugo of Bucs. His infringement was intentional handling of the ball.

The half-time score was 1-0 in favour of Bucs, but Breakers equalised in the 56th minute when Prince Hlungwane blasted in a rocket.

The Tshikhwani lads were aggressive, with their midfielders dishing out dangerous passes to their striker, Masala Tshinanga, who scored the second goal of his team. Breakers added another goal, scored by Prince Hlungwane. He received a square pass from Khumbudzo Mulaudzi and blasted in a ground cutter from close range.

Breakers introduced two players in the last half. The new fplayers combined well with the midfielders. One of the substitutes, Martin Dlamini, made his presence felt, when he forced his way through the defence of Bucs and beat the keeper in the 85th minute.
