Tshikota Chelsea emerged as the kings of the anti-xenophobia soccer tournament after beating United Stars 3-1 in the final at Tshikota on Sunday.

Stars could have taken the lead in the eighth minute, had it not been for the fact that Aluwani "Killer" Nedzamba´s goal was disallowed. Chelsea's Maradona Muruwanthi combined well with Matha Ratshilaya at the front, but Ratshilaya committed a huge blunder when he shot straight to the stranded keeper of Stars in the 28th minute.

Chelsea took the lead in the 30th minute. Maradona Murwanthi caught the Stars keeper off guard and scored with a beautiful header to make score 1-0.

Stars missed two clear chances in quick succession, with Hilton Tshivhula and Pfano Sithuga the culprits. Mudjedje Mathatha forced his way through Stars' defence and beat the keeper hands down to make the half-time score 2-0.

Chelsea were unstoppable in the second half, and it was not by accident that they scored their third goal in the 67th minute. Thabelo Musenwa broke loose and beat the keeper with a ground cutter.

Stars' solitary goal came in the 70th minute via veteran player and former Black Leopards and Supersport striker Thabo Mongalo. He converted a penalty.

Chelsea went home with R1 500 and a floating trophy, while United Stars received R500. The four teams beaten in the first matches received R200 each.
