Gospel artist Tsiko Mall says he is more than ready for this year's Royal Heritage Gospel Festival.
Speaking ahead of the event, Mall said his preparation had centred on isolation, meditation and prayer, while his band had been working to make sure everything was in place.
"I have been anticipating the great date. For me, it takes more time of isolation and meditation with prayers. The band is ready, the energy is right, so we are more than ready," he said.
Mall regards the festival as a national event that he respects and loves. "Whenever I am invited, I put my whole heart and love towards it," he said.
Fans can expect a high-energy performance filled with encouragement and revival. "You will see the move of God through songs," he said. He also promised to bring a fresh twist to his classic hits and to introduce his new offering, which is set for release soon.
For Mall, the festival is more than just another stage. He believes it provides a platform that treats gospel with respect while uplifting musicians by raising standards and creating opportunities for growth.
He assured festivalgoers of a powerful musical experience with a message rooted in revival, salvation and grace.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Mall said he was eager to connect with the crowd. "I cannot wait to enjoy the festival with you guys. One love," he said.
