Not only did Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) collect full points in their home match against Mighty FC at the Tshifulanani Stadium last weekend, but they also scored four goals while Mighty watched helplessly.
TTM were leading 1-0 when the teams adjourned for half time. Rendani Dzivhani scored TTM's opening goal in the 16th minute.
The second half was one-way traffic, with Mighty at the receiving end. Dakalo "Akonkwo" Nemakonde scored the second early in the second half. Lufuno "CJ" Mugodi, who came on as a substitute, made his presence felt when he blasted in a rocket from close range. Forster Chauke was on target late in the game to bring the final score to 4-0. TTM moved to the third spot of the log following their convincing victory.
Gawula Classic were the hardest hit. They did not respond when Boyne Young Tigers scored six goals against them at the Boyne Stadium. The Dolphins FC continued to pave their way up on the log when they beat Polokwane Academy 1-0 at the Ben Serake Stadium in Polokwane.
Madridtas drew 1-1 with Joe Maweja at the Tshifudi Stadium. Gift Nemutandani scored Madridtas's goal with a volley. Maweja equalized through Khumbudzo Muvhango, who scored from the penalty spot. Giyani Hotspurs held Great North FC to a 3-3 draw at the Giyani Stadium.
Polokwane United shared the spoils with Mokopane Ratanang, with whom they played to a 1-1 draw at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium. United were the first to find the net through Donald Nkoana. Mokopane retaliated via Eric Hlabane in the 79th minute.
A1 Terrors and Molemole Academy played to a 2-2 draw at the Ephraim Mogale Stadium in Modimolle.
