The managing director of Black Leopards, Mr David Thidiela, who was coincidentally celebrating his 55th birthday last Saturday, appealed to the new beauty queen to be a good ambassador for the club.
The MEC for Sports Arts and Culture, Mr Joe Maswanganyi, praised Thidiela, for not selling the franchise of the club like Dynamos, despite their financial constraints. He revealed that the provincial government had decided to form a partnership with Black Leopards. He further indicated that the full package for the partnership will be revealed in a few weeks’ time.
Maswanganyi presented all the contestants with the wooden frames of the new Limpopo Provincial government’s brand. The contest was sponsored by MTN, Kanana Bread, Reris Insurance Brokers, Classic Funeral Directors and Multi Choice.
