Limpopo police are investigating a double murder after two men were found shot dead near the N1 towards Beitbridge outside Musina.
The bodies of Mokwena Tshepo (45) and Mbedzi Edzisani (28), both from Matswale village, were discovered opposite Phase 8 in Matswale on Friday afternoon, 15 May.
According to Limpopo police, officers were called to the scene at about 12:50 following reports of an alleged murder. Upon arrival, they found the two men lying motionless on the ground with multiple injuries, including gunshot wounds and bruises.
Emergency Medical Services personnel declared both men dead at the scene.
The motive for the killings remains unknown, and police investigations are continuing.
