Afro-soul and pop artist Una Rine, born Una Rine Junior Mulondo from Mulodi village, has pleasantly surprised music lovers with his highly anticipated second EP, titled "Eternal Life". This musical offering, released on Friday, 18 August, is more than just a collection of songs but is a transformative experience that guides the listener on a path of spiritual discovery and a deeper connection with God.
With lyrics that resonate with themes of redemption and personal growth, Una Rine encourages and inspires his fans to welcome God as their personal Saviour. "The EP is focused on transforming individuals from their old, sinful lives to becoming born-again creatures. It's about restoring what the devil took from them before they were born. I'm praying for my fans to accept the message within the songs, so that they can grow eternally and physically," he explained.
"Eternal Life," consisting of five soulful tracks, is a fusion of Afro beats and Afro fusion, giving it a genuine African sound. The tracks are titled "My Spiritual," "I Restore," "Gbana," "Inspire," and "Sungbalaja." The EP was produced by Big Jay from SOUNDSLUCID, with Vhugala Manyaga General on guitars.
Una Rine gained recognition after collaborating with the multi-award-winning King of VenRap, Mizo Phyll, a few years ago. So far, he has released two EPs (including "Eternal Life") and one album titled "23 of Grace."
He will be releasing his second full album, titled "Lagos In Venda," this coming November.
"My fans provide me with the energy to produce more music for them to enjoy. I'm receiving massive feedback, which makes me happy and proud," he said.
