After losing three matches in a row, Dynamos have rectified their mistakes and registered a 3-1 victory over Bay United in their NFD League match at the University of Limpopo Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

All four goals were scored in the first half.

The victory was a relief for Ri khomeni ri nga peli, as they continue to fight for survival. The pride of Giyani are still perched in the second-last position on the log, despite collecting three points. They are tied with 23 points with Atlie FC.

The University of Pretoria were unstoppable when they scored an away victory over Vasco da Gama. Although Da Gama were the first to score (in the 14th minute), their joy did not last long, as Amatuks retaliated in the 19th minute. The visitors from Pretoria scored the winner late in the game via Joseph Mthombeni.

With only four matches remaining before the end of the league programme, Amatuks are leading the pack with 49 points, four ahead of Blackburn Rovers.

Witbank Spurs used their home-ground advantage fruitfully when they beat African Warriors 3-2. Thanda Royal Zulu are still battling to come to terms with the 0-1 defeat which they suffered at the hands of FC AK. Royal Zulu are now out of the league title race.

United FC and Chippa FC played to a 2-2 draw at the Botshabelo Stadium, and Mpumalanga Black Aces shared the spoils with Carara Kicks at the Charles Mopedi Stadium.
