Residents in and around Louis Trichardt who are depending on the Vhembe District Municipality (VDM) for water, have been without this valuable commodity for almost a week.
On Monday morning residents woke up (yet again) to taps that still contained little to no water at all.
The local DA (Democratic Alliance) confirmed on Tuesday (24 January) that shortly after faulty pumps have been fixed that massive pipe leaks were reported on the supply line from the Albasini Dam.
This will mean that the continuation of the normal water flow to town will be delayed yet again.
