The group-stage matches of the Safa Vhembe Regional League promotional playoffs will be played at different venues on Saturday.

Langutani Blue Birds and Vhembe Tron will be the first teams to take to the pitch in the three games scheduled for the Malamulele Stadium. Tron will be fortunate to hold Blue Birds to a draw, judging by the Blue Birds' performance in their preliminary-round game against Magomani All Zones. Blue Birds had brutally walloped All Zones 5-2 at the same venue to secure their place in the group stages.

Tron's path to the group stages went via Shayandima Dynamos, whom they beat 2-0 at the Tshifulanani Stadium. Tron will have only an hour to rest before their second game against Tshitavha Brave Lions, scheduled to start at 11:00.

The last game at the Malamulele Stadium will be between Tshitavha Brave Lions and Langutani Blue Birds, and is expected to kick off at 15:00. Brave Lions caused an upset when they beat ABC FC 4-2 at the Makhuvha Stadium last Saturday to book their place in the group stages.

The opening game at the Makhuvha Stadium will be between Berea FC and Makonde FC at 08:00. Makonde will take on Mashamba Soccer Academy in the second match, scheduled to kick off at 11:00. Makonde secured their place by beating Malavuwe Great Movers in their preliminary game at the Malamulele Stadium, while Soccer Academy crushed SM United Brothers 6-5 on their way to the group stages.

Mashamba Soccer Academy will lock horns with Berea FC later in the afternoon.

Madombidzha Try Again and Ngwenani Young Chiefs will test each other's strength in the opening match at the Tshifulanani Stadium. The other two matches at the Tshifulanani venue are Ngwenani Young Chiefs vs Rabali Pull Together and Madombidzha Try Again vs Rabali Pull Together.

The top teams from each group, together with the best runners-up, will meet in the semi-final round at the Thohoyandou Stadium next Saturday, 5 July.
