A 13-year-old Zimbabwean girl was allegedly raped in the bushes along the Beit Bridge boarder post while trying to come to South Africa illegally on Saturday at around 01:00.

According to the information provided by the police, the young girl was in the company of her aunt and other ladies when they were trying to cross the Limpopo River into South Africa. Soon the guma-guma appeared, holding a panga and all the women scattered in different directions.
