One of the most prominent female musicians in the Vhembe District, Tshanduko Maano, known in the music industry as “Mazwale,” has completed work on a new album titled “U songo vhona bere u khanya”.

The petite singer, whose singing and dancing prowess evoke memories of former South African dancing queen Mercy Phakela, expressed optimism that her fans will embrace her upcoming release, describing it as her finest work to date.

“We concluded the recording last week, and we are now awaiting the cover photos before the official release,” she revealed.

When asked about the central theme of the highly anticipated album, Mazwale explained that the eight-track project predominantly focuses on the importance of selecting the right life partner before entering into marriage. “Many people hastily choose life partners without truly getting to know them, rushing into marriage without understanding their potential spouse. It’s crucial to take the time to fully understand the person you intend to spend the rest of your life with. Numerous divorces occur due to people being in incompatible relationships. Therefore, it’s imperative to choose wisely if you desire a lasting marriage,” she emphasised.

The candid musician made clear that she is not available for romantic pursuits, dismissing any advances from potential suitors. “I am a devoted mother to a four-year-old girl named Wandeme, and I am happily married to my husband,” she affirmed.
